How contact information is handled.

Information you provide

When you contact R4RENO by phone, email or the estimate form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, project address, renovation details and optional project photos.

How information is used

This information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project and provide a quote or estimate. R4RENO does not sell personal information.

Email and forms

The contact form and any attached photos are submitted through Netlify, the website host, so R4RENO can receive and respond to estimate requests. Project photos are used to assess your enquiry and are not published in the project gallery through this form. Avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.

Address suggestions

When address suggestions are enabled, the text you type in Project Address is sent securely to Geoapify to find matching Canadian addresses. Search text is included in the encrypted request URL sent to Geoapify; it does not appear in this page's address bar. Choose manual entry before typing to avoid this lookup. Your project address is used only to assess your project and arrange a site visit. It is included in your private estimate request, not published on this website.
